For the past 20 years Hair and Van Raalte have been defending Federal and State Criminal cases, as well as complex Civil Cases. Their focus has been in the White Collar Fraud area. They have defended Health Care providers, including major Hospitals, Nursing homes, Hospice, Dialysis Clinics, Ambulance Services and individual Physicians. Hair and Van Raalte have also defended Defense Contractors, Environmental Cases, Bank Fraud and Securities clients. Both have extensive trial experience in both Federal and State Courts.
